Booking Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be provided after this time but you may transfer your place to another person, provided that you notify us no less than 48 hours before the event.
If we have to cancel due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your place to our next event or provide you with a full refund, at your option.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and a bed pillow to use throughout your time with us; for the yoga practice and to ensure you are comfortable for the meditation and sound journey. Wear loose comfortable clothes, layering is a good idea and maybe bring along a jumper/cardigan, socks and even an eye pillow too!
Sound journey - this part of the event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, anyone who experiences epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound or anyone with a severe mental health condition. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during and after the session.
Please contact us beforehand if you have tinnitus, a pace maker, metal implants from recent surgery or any other health condition that requires support.
