A fantastic fun rebounding class using high energy tunes! Class is made up mainly of cardio but we also throw in balance, arms and abs work. This class is great for the core, cardio, balance, and overall toning as well as strengthening your pelvic floor in the most fun way possbile!
All abilities and fitness levels are welcome - you can step it out or jump at your own level until you feel more confident.
IN THE STUDIO AT BROADWATER SCHOOL using mini-trampolines also known as a rebounder.
YOU WILL NEED TO fill out online Par Q form if this is your first class or you haven't been for more than a year. Form as attached on this page and details on booking confirmation.

SEE SPECIAL OFFER : Single class £8 OR buy 4 classes for £28 ; book 4 Adult Jumpce classes (for yourself only, and on different dates, ie 4 consecutive weeks but if you can't make one it doesn't have to be all 4 in a row) and the price will auto correct.
