"Cancer took my breath away. Yoga gave it back." – Tari Prinster
Whether you're currently undergoing treatment or are a long-time survivor, this weekly class offers a safe and supportive space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner strength.
Led by Lorna Donnelly, an experienced yoga therapist with over 25 years of yoga practice and three years of teaching yoga to cancer patients at the Fern Centre (North Devon District Hospital), this class is designed to meet you where you are.
With postures that safely stretch, strengthen, and relax the body, alongside calming breathwork and guided rest, the focus is on helping you feel more grounded and at home in your changing or changed body.
Class numbers are kept small to ensure individual attention and personalised variations.
Supporters and carers are also welcome to attend.
