INTERMEDIATE LEVEL COURSE
Coiling is an ancient technique that is often used to create pots and vessels.
The coils are used as a way of building the ‘walls’ of the piece by placing coils on top of each other, one layer at a time.
The coils can be left exposed on the outside, as a feature of the piece, or they can be smoothed out by hand and joined seamlessly.
The possibilities are endless, this is a fun and engaging way to work with clay and to develop your skills under the guidance of Cat Guevara.
Clay and tools will need to be purchased for this class, and firings are paid separately.
Previous experience is required for this class - not suitable for beginners.
Level: Intermediate
