If you love exercising outdoors with a like- minded group of people, then this is the class for you! A class which is designed to get you fit and strong using body weight exercise.
All classes are run in accordance with current Covid-19 guidelines.
We meet by the hard tennis courts.
Just bring your own mat, water bottle and sanitizer.
