✨ A cosy afternoon of creativity, connection and calm. ✨
Take some time for you and join me for an afternoon of gentle creativity, connection and relaxation.
We’ll begin with a Sober Sip & Paint, where you can unwind, enjoy a mindful drink, and let your creativity flow in a calm, supportive space. Next, you’ll learn a simple lymphatic drainage facial massage routine to help release tension, boost your glow and bring a sense of inner calm.
The afternoon will end with a soothing sound bath, allowing you to completely let go and drift into deep relaxation as peaceful vibrations wash over you.
There will be light refreshments to enjoy throughout the afternoon, a lovely opportunity to chat, connect and simply be.
This event is for women only.
Instructions
You should wear something comfortable and cosy. Please feel free to bring a pillow and blanket to keep you warm during the sound bath.
