An immersive mindful morning journey designed to help you relax your mind and body, finding a natural peaceful state. Just turn up as you are and let yourself take this precious time out to unwind and remember what it feels like when your mind is calm.
We will use a unique signature combination of meditation and breathwork techniques, alongside slow and mindful yoga practice to create a truly beautiful calming mindfulness experience.
This event will start at 9.30 and end at 12.30 (there is an optional cold-water dip starting approx 12 noon)
Location: Meeting at The Loch Lomond Arms. Arrival time from 9.00am for a 9.30am start.
Bring a yoga mat (if possible) and a water bottle so you can stay hydrated, there will also be water available on site. (Note no snacks or lunch is provided on this event, therefore we do recommend a light breakfast before arrival).
Please wear comfortable clothes, warm cosy layers are perfect, it's lovely to be wrapped up and warm, so if you want to bring hats, scarves, fluffy socks... whatever you like to be cosy.
If you want to take part in the cold water dip, bring swimwear, water shoes, a towel or a water jacket.
