The CI Lovers' 8 Weeks Pass is designed for committed dancers who want to dance every week, deepen their Contact Improvisation practice, and stay closely connected with the CI community.

This pass gives you access to 8 curated sessions:

• 4 Exclusive Church Jams – Intimate sessions in a dedicated space, designed for deep exploration and skill-building.
• 4 Regular Friday Jams in Studio – Open, biweekly jams guided by Stone, offering space to integrate and expand your CI practice.

The sessions in the Church are available only to pass holders and cannot be booked separately.

What to Expect at CI Lovers' Jams in the Church

• A Dedicated Practice Space: A committed group of dancers, ensuring a deeper level of connection and exploration.
• Small Group Sessions: These jams are kept intimate, with a maximum of 10 dancers, allowing for a more personal experience.
• Best Price for Both Locations: This pass offers the lowest rate for participation in both Kemp Hall (Church) and The Studio, providing a diverse and balanced CI journey.
• Exclusive Access: These jams are only available as part of the CI Lovers' 8 Weeks Pass and cannot be purchased separately.

Important Information

• Pass-Only Access: Attendance is only possible with the CI Lovers' 8 Weeks Pass – no single-session tickets available.
• No Refunds or Transfers: If you miss a session, it cannot be refunded or transferred. This offer is for committed dancers ready to fully engage in the practice.

Venue – Kemp Hall (Church Sessions)

• Location: The Crypt, under the church, St. George’s Church, St. George’s Road, Brighton, BN2 1ED.
• Entrance: Through the blue glass annex on the left side of the church (facing the front), then downstairs through a couple of glass doors into the hall.
• Space: A well-equipped dance studio with mirrors and a soft, padded floor, ideal for CI practice.
• Parking: Limited spaces for 2-3 cars on the gravel in front of the church – leave a note on your dashboard stating you are attending a CI session in the crypt. Otherwise, use surrounding street parking (~£4.45 for 3 hours, free after 8 PM). You may unload your things before parking.

Venue – The Studio (Friday Sessions with Stone)

• Space: A bright and airy studio with high ceilings, a mirrored wall, and a professional dance floor.
• Guided Opening: Each session starts with a warm-up or a short structured exercise before the open jam.
• Music: A carefully curated selection of subtle rhythms, ambient sounds, and dynamic beats to support improvisation.
