Description:
This 2 hour continued education course in TN Law offers an open format discussion for fundamental questions of current Statutes and Rules as governed by the TN Massage Board . Students will have an understanding of statutes and rules regarding Draping, Scope of Practice, Establishment Standards, Necessity of Licensure, Fees for all Licensure, Licensure Renewal, Retirement, Reinstatement, Inactivation and Reactivation and License display and change of name or address, Continuing Education, Violations for Continuing Education, Advertising, Consumer Right To Know, Criminal Convictions, Information about TNPAP, contact information for the TN Massage Board, and any new information discussed during Board meetings as pertaining to Licensed Massage Therapists that has not yet been updated in the TN Massage Board Statutes and Rules.
CE POLICIES: If you need to cancel due to an emergency, you may transfer funds to an alternative class 1 time. To receive a full refund, you must give a minimum of a 7 days notice to the course start date. Notice given 6 days or less will receive no refund!
May follow along with the TN statutes and rules on the TN Massage Board website, using your cell phone/laptop. (you will need to use your cell phone as a hot spot, as WIFI is not an option} or the power point presentation that will be used.
