Cookeville Regional Medical Center's infectious diseases physician Dr. Mark Pierce will be joined by CRMC director of pharmacy Dr. Casey White to talk about the virus and its risks from multiple variants and additional risk factors; relate efficacy of vaccinations including all three manufacturers and additional doses; debate treatment strategies focusing on therapies that are evidence-based and/or under emergency authorization for use; and debunk myths being propagated through the community concerning the virus, vaccines and treatments.
