Perfect for pregnant mums, brand-new mums (from 2 months after birth), or anyone easing back into exercise a year or so down the postpartum road. Term time only.
Welcome to Mama & Mini: Strength & Sculpt! This 30-45 minute workout is designed to help mums build strength, tone muscles, and regain stability through low-impact exercises. Whether you're a new mum or a few years postpartum, this class adapts to your fitness level. You can work at your own pace, gradually building strength and confidence as you go.
Expect a mix of standing and floor-based exercises, using resistance bands and bodyweight movements to target key muscle groups. And yes, your baby or toddler can join in on the action - whether they’re used as extra weight in a sling, sleeping in their pram, feeding, or just hanging out nearby. We welcome all little ones up to 5 years old and you’re also welcome to come solo if that works best for you!
Don't forget your water bottle for hydration and any personal items you may need. For your baby, consider bringing comfort items to keep them content during the session. A sling is optional, but if you bring one, you're all set for those added snuggles! We also have a dedicated play area with books and toys to keep little ones entertained.
After class, there will be the opportunity for refreshments and additional postnatal support if you wish, up to 11am.
