Only when you are there put in a three sisters waterski club in or just follow the track till you go over a bridge and hit silver gates on the left.

Please bring a yoga mat in case of rain. Please note the event will not be cancelled and there would be in place a Soma breath session in the enchanted forest followed by a forest soundbath

🌿 General Sound Bath Contraindications
These apply whether on land or water:

1. Pregnancy (especially first trimester) Sound vibrations can be quite intense, particularly with gongs. It’s not always unsafe, but it’s best to proceed gently or seek medical guidance.
2. Epilepsy or seizure disorders Certain frequencies and deep relaxation states may potentially trigger seizures in sensitive individuals.
3. Severe mental health conditions People experiencing acute anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, or severe depression may find the altered state overwhelming rather than calming.
4. Sound sensitivity / sensory disorders Some individuals may feel discomfort, agitation, or even anxiety with certain tones or volumes.
5. Pacemakers or serious heart conditions Strong vibrations (especially from gongs) may interfere or feel uncomfortable—medical advice is recommended.
6. Recent surgery or physical injury Vibrations can sometimes feel intense in the body and may not be suitable during early healing.
7. Hearing aids High frequencies can sometimes cause discomfort or feedback—these may need to be removed.
