I have been paddling my whole life, staring out at Laburnum and working as a watersports and outdoor sports coach for over 20 years, most of this time I have been based in London Clubs and Centres.
I love getting out into nature and exploring the world around us - be that on the River Lea, or remote parts of Scotland and sharing this with my students.
