Our decelerate programmes focus on helping individuals to slow down to promote well-being and foster creative and innovative mindsets and team cultures.
Applying the four pillars of deceleration, nature, nurture, creativity, and community, participants break familiar behaviour patterns by spending a week in environments that prompt inspiration and new perspectives, whether enjoying nature walks, visiting ancient monuments, listening to live music or hearing stories from local performers. Workshops on improvisation and the arts also open the door to a mindset reset that inspires creative outcomes.

Once on the island, we will be taking care of everything!
This includes all accommodation, all meals and activities. We employ Bute based caterers, local restaurants and offer some traditional Scottish food through the week. All allergies and preferences will be catered for.
We will provide detailed instructions and packing lists once you have registered.
