Pre-requisites
Current Health-Related Professional Certification, Approved CV. and also having completed level 1 & 2
Courses are normally taught over one weekend (15 hours total – which includes pre reading).
Upon completion of the course and submission of a short video showing you coaching and cueing teaching the a great combination of poses suitable for your client, attendees will be qualified to train small groups of clients in the HYPOPRESSIVE technique (though weeks of subsequent in-home practice will be required prior to training) and will receive Level 3 accreditation from IHC/ HYPOPRESSIVES Scotland. Additionally, all graduates of the course have the opportunity to be included on the contact page of the HYPORESSIVES Scotland website for those seeking out a professional in their region. After completing this course you will be a qualified level 3 Hypopressive trainer.

We are just off the A1 towards Edinburgh and close to Dunbar train station with links to Edinburgh or Newcastle.
