Keim 4A / Level 4B (Teacher: Jamys O'Meara – 1.15pm – 3.45pm class)

Course Descriptor: This course is ideal for advanced students of Manx, who are comfortable with the material covered in both Keim Nane (Level One), Keim 2 (Level 2), Keim 3 (Level 3) and the first half of Keim 4 (Level 4) in Culture Vannin’s Loayr Gaelg course.
This course will include topics such as (but not limited to):
• How to talk about “up” and “down” in Manx
• The possessive pronoun nyn (our, your (pl), their)
• Using the preposition huggey, to express the thoughts “send” and “bring”
• Perfect conditional tenses
• Expressing need
• Expressing that we know people or places.
Course participants will have lots of opportunities to practise speaking and listening in particular, and gain an understanding of grammar covered.
