Forest Bathing Walk (1101)

Sunday, 22 October '23   2pm – 3pm BST
White Hill, Crowsley Park Wood, RG9 4JD
Only 1 space left

Details

We will take a walk through a beautiful evergreen wood, to get the benefits of phytoncides, the essential oils released in the aromas of trees. A Danish 2021 study found that breathing in these organic compounds results in lower levels of blood pressure and depression, reduced inflammation and improved immunity.

We will turn off our phones and feel ourselves become calm and relaxed amongst the tall trees, moving slowly and quietly, letting our senses guide us.

You might want to bring water to sip and a good waterproof as the weather can change quickly. It is advisable to wear layers of clothing as the temperature can fluctuate quite a bit.

Please say if you don't want to be included in any photos.
