TRAIL RIDERS' MTB Camp (10 to 16 years old) - DAY ONE
Aimed at 10 to 16 year olds, our TRAIL RIDERS CAMPS look at introducing essential MTB techniques and expand the trails that they ride.
The camps take over two days, but you can book onto either a single day or both days in the one week. Sessions run from 9.00am to 3.00pm each day. The session could include: body position, braking, corners, FLOW, Essential trails techniques; including riding step downs and offroad terrain, and also look at fundamental skills.
DAY ONE - TRAIL RIDERS CAMPS
● Morning session - essential skills before heading onto the “Hamsterley Forest Skills Loop”
● Afternoon session - Coaching and riding on carefully chosen RED Trails in Hamsterley Forest
NB. the programme may vary depending on the riders and environmental aspects
TRAIL RIDERS CAMPS are ideal if your child is aged 10 or over, they are comfortable riding a bike, but are new, or fairly new to Mountain Biking; and wanting to develop their MTB skills and confidence on their bike.

Please can you complete a Consent, Safety and Medical (included with this information) for each participant and return via email cycle4adventure@gmail.com no later than 5.00pm two days prior to your booked session.
Note on e-bikes
Please note if you are doing any of our MTB coaching sessions or guided rides on an e-bike, you MUST be over 14 years of age and the bike must conform to British “pedalec” laws. Please contact me if you require further information.
