This session is a time to reflect on the year about to pass, celebrate our growths, learn from our challenges, and set intentions for the future (basically to do more of what worked and less of what didn't!)
It's an opportunity to collectively pause and appreciate our professional and personal milestones as we gear up for the holidays and whatever 2026 has in store!
We'll also review some of the discussions, resources and learnings that we found most helpful this year - including; reviewing the updated core competencies, managing the systemic challenges inherent in this work and ways to tackle therapist traps like perfectionism and people-pleasing.
