Join us for an evening of relaxation in by the sea Old Leigh. Zen with Ben is providing the chill out vibes with a Soundbath evening at The Den, helping us fundraise to support 3rdCB's Scouting activities.
A Soundbath is a relaxing experience where crystal singing bowls and instruments create resonant tones that help calm the nervous system. Simply lie down and allow the sound vibrations to guide you into a relaxed state.
The jetty will be open for anyone wanting to enjoy the sea breeze or swim at high water from 6pm (All swimming at your own risk: no lifeguard on duty).
You may wish to bring a pillow and blanket, and wear comfortable clothes for the sound bath. Air mattresses will be provided.

Please note that Soundbaths are not suitable for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, non-titanium metal implants or those in the third trimester of pregnancy. If you are unsure whether a Soundbath is suitable for you, please consult a medical professional before attending.
