A journey through Myth and self. Come and join me on a journey through ancient history and storytelling, reflections and conscious connected breathwork. A four week container or attend single sessions. Recordings available.
This session will be using the breath work technique conscious connected breathing. This is an activated breath that taps into the wisdom body and its sensations. Usually practiced open mouthed (optional) with full bodied cyclical breaths.
Conscious connected can take the breather into an altered state of consciousness and out of the interrupting mind. Journeying deeply into self on the waves of the breath and the into the inner sanctum. This can help to move through and penetrate deep seated feelings and emotions, receive clarity and release stagnant energy, and access inspiration and creativity. Some people experience deep connection, love and healing.
Each experience is completely unique.
Please read through the contraindications for this practice in the instructions.
Please arrive in comfortable clothes in a room where you will be undisturbed. Bring some cacao or tea for yourself, light the incense and candle and make your space sacred. Smudge and bring blankets, journal and pen. We will meet online.
