This 6 week progressive course will take students through the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) method, working through all of the beginner level movements and sequences. The APPI method is a modified, progressive approach to Pilates that is often used for rehabilitation, making it well-suited for beginners. The course will focus on building core-strength, posture and mobility, with added options of light hand weights, Pilates balls and resistance bands in later weeks.
