A Gentle Return: Rest for Every Stage

fredag, 16 oktober '26   19:00 – 20:30 BST
Amble, 56 Station Road, Gomshall, Guildford, GU5 9LB

Detaljer

A 1.5 hour rest & awareness gathering for every stage to honour Menopause Awareness Month, this is an invitation to pause, listen, and gently replenish.

This is a space for everyone, at every stage of life whether you are moving towards menopause, within it, beyond it, or whether menopause doesn’t feel relevant to you right now.

Because this is not only about menopause. It is about how we support ourselves through change, fatigue, and the quiet ways the body asks for rest.

For anyone feeling tired, wired, overwhelmed, or out of sync with their body this is a space to slow down, reconnect, and experience rest as a form of support and sustainability.

The Intention

Menopause is not just a moment it is a transition that can affect the body, mind, and nervous system in subtle and profound ways. This gathering is not about fixing or pushing through symptoms. It is about learning how to support yourself through rest, awareness, and gentle practices you can return to again and again.

Ati will share the simple, grounding practices she personally uses to navigate change, restore balance, and create moments of steadiness within the body.

What We’ll Explore

Grounding & Nervous System Support
Gentle somatic practices to regulate the nervous system, ease overwhelm, and create a sense of safety within the body.

Rest as a Sustainable Practice
An invitation to experience rest not as something we earn, but something we need especially during times of hormonal and life transition.

Guided Rest (Yoga Nidra–Inspired)
A deeply calming, extended rest to support the mind, reduce mental fatigue, and invite inner quiet.

Take-Home Practices
You’ll leave with simple, accessible tools you can return to, including:

a short grounding practice

a gentle evening wind-down ritual
