Join me via zoom for some yoga with your little one and any other family members (pets welcome) at home! The class will be a mixture of songs, postures, story telling and relaxation.
Online Toddler & family yoga classes are running until the end of February 2021, you can join the course anytime or drop in weekly to classes. I hope to start in person classes soon, to register your interest for an in-person class please drop me an email at amyjonesyoga@gmail.com
Niveau: toddler yoga
Please log onto zoom link 5 minutes before the start of the class, using your preferred device. You make like to use a mat and have a blanket handy, but it's not essential.
