Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend the retreat, 7 days notice is required for a full refund.
Bring with you anything you need to be cosy - a blanket, two cushions and a filled water bottle each are a must (but let me know if you need to borrow anything, I can help if you let me know in advance).
Wear cosy layers and warm socks.
