• Yoga mats are provided, but we recommend bringing anything that will make you extra comfortable, such as a blanket, cushion, eye mask, or shawl.
• Wear comfortable clothing suitable for gentle movement.
• Arrive a few minutes early to settle in and make the most of the experience.
• Light bites and refreshments will be served after the yoga session.
