Prerequisites: Open to All levels, but must have experience in Pole Dancing.
Movement & tricks can be modified for all.
Learn all things Basework related around the Pole. From Jessica's notorious Head-stands, kips, and dynamic flow be sure to fall in love with the art of Basework.
We will focus on the stability & fluidity of movement, the key components of Headstands and producing show stopping combos.
Knee Pads are advised, Heels optional.

Please do not use lotions or oils on the skin before class as you may slip off the pole.
Please remove all jewellery. Please bring water.
