Helen teaches a range of different classes at the studio; Vinyasa, Yin, Meditation, Hot Flows and Yoga Nidra. She also hosts wellness days.
Helen first started yoga to help combat anxiety and when she found just how well it worked she felt the need to share this with others.
She completed her 200 hr yoga teacher training in Bali back in 2015, her 300 hr advanced training 2 years later in India and has since completed specialist training in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra & Yoga Philosophy
