Baby Massage is BACK face to face!
Baby Massage is a great way to connect with your baby, learn their language, and build the foundations for the future in the most gentle and loving way.
On the five week course, you will learn massage strokes to support your babies development, help relieve wind & constipation, and develop a positive touch communication between you and your baby. You will also learn more about your baby's reflexes & cues, and we sing with them to create positive associations and support their language development.
In each session, there will be an opportunity to get to know other parents on the course.
Included as part of the course are follow up emails with the songs that we cover, and videos of the strokes, so you can enjoy massage with your baby outside of the sessions.
Classes are recommended for babies aged from 6 weeks until they are crawling, but if you have an older baby or child you would like to practice massage with, please contact me for more information.
Please ensure that you wear a face mask in communal areas in the centre. Masks are not required during the session at your mat. Please read the terms and conditions of the session.
You will need to bring a suitable oil to massage your baby, a towel/blanket for them to lie on, and may also wish to bring a muslin and spare clothes.
