🙋Come and Meet Hungarian Born Musician and Sound Healer / Reiki Master Gabriel. 🙋

🔶Sound bath session is meditation with live music. It's a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sounds and vibrations to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind, body and soul. A sound healer uses different instruments for healing, such as singing bowls, gongs, shamanic drums, bells, chimes etc to promote relaxation and reduce stress, calm the mind, balance the emotional, physical, mental and spiritual body.

🔶Sound Healing Therapy is an effective and proven modality that uses vibrational sound to help reduce stress, alter consciousness and create a deep sense of peace, well being and better health.
