I invite you to an evening of relaxation at The Yacht Club ✨

Join us for a beautiful, calming evening with views across the harbour and a peaceful space to pause, slow down and be still.

This sound bath experience has been curated to invite you into deep rest, stillness and restoration, an intentional step away from the busyness of everyday life.

What to expect:

✨ Oracle card pull
An optional oracle card pull to help you set an intention for the evening, offering gentle guidance.

🧘🏼‍♀️ Guided meditation
A gentle grounding meditation to quieten the mind and bring your attention into the present moment.

🔔 90-minute immersive sound bath
Settle into deep relaxation as you’re immersed in a soothing sound journey using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other handheld instruments. The sounds and vibrations are designed to encourage the body and mind to soften, slow down and gently regulate the nervous system.

🍵 Herbal tea & connection
We’ll close the evening slowly with warm herbal tea and an opportunity to reflect, chat and connect with those around you.

Come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to simply be.

A peaceful evening of sound, stillness, connection and deep rest, with beautiful harbour views as your backdrop 🌊⛵️
