CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:
*Studio sessions (KX) : 48 hours.
*Livestream sessions : 24 hours.
If you cancel after the cancellation window, full payment of the session is due.
Outside the cancellation window sessions can be rescheduled without charge, or your account will be credited with the session amount. Any credit must be used within two months (60 days) of the first booking.
