Important Event Instructions & Guidelines
- Arrival & Timing: Please arrive no earlier than your session start time. To maintain a calm, relaxed environment for the babies, we will start the mini photo sessions shortly after arrival.
What to Wear:
- Babies: Halloween costumes, festive autumn outfits, or simple neutral clothing look best in the pumpkin patch set! Bringing a spare outfit is always a good idea for messy play and crafts.
- Adults: Wear something comfortable. If you wish to be in the photograph with baby, follow the guidance above. Adults and babies must wear socks in the play area at all times (no shoes, no bare feet).
- Photo Delivery: Your high-resolution digital portrait will be professionally edited and emailed to the address used at booking within 3 to 5 working days.
- Sensory & Comfort: We have quiet spaces for feeding (breast or bottle) and baby-changing facilities stocked with emergency supplies if you forget anything.
- Prams & Buggies: We have limited indoor pram parking available, so where possible, carriers are warmly encouraged!
