An all levels workshop to get moving again after the holiday excesses, and create space in your posture, body and breath. Feel revitalised, grounded and ready for the year with clarity, energy and direction. Let's move, breathe, take a moment to pause, and set your intentions towards the year ahead.
Explore themes of vitality at all levels of ourselves with gentle yet powerful postures, breathwork, and meditative practices. The afternoon will also include home practice ideas that you can bring into your daily routine and jumpstart staying well balanced, grounded and vital as the year unfolds.
Suitable for everyone with time for personal attention to guide your practice. Beginners will get started at a level right for you, and regulars will find plenty to jumpstart and refine your yoga.
There will be refreshments during the break and time for discussion.

The yoga studio is located on Princes Place, a quiet side street just off Gloucester Road at the Bishopston Tile Shop. If driving we have a small, free car park which has 5 spaces. If it is full there is easy on-street parking in the surrounding streets and on the single yellow lines on Gloucester Road. We have plenty of cycle parking on-site too.
There are lots of buses running up and down Gloucester Road. Get off at the Hatherley Road stop heading south into the centre, or the Sommerville Road stop heading north. We are happy to help with finding us, just get in touch.
