Would you like to start running but would first benefit from building up your walking stamina?

Join us for a 4 week programme designed for adults who would like to start running but would first benefit from improving their cardiovascular fitness and stamina through walking.

The course will include one group session per week and you will be encouraged to complete an additional one or two walks independently throughout the week.

Starting a new exercise habit is challenging but group support can really help. The course will be led by qualified run leaders who are very experienced in supporting beginners.

Instruktioner

What should I wear?

Make sure your shoes are suitable for walking, they should be comfortable and not completely worn at the sole. Dress appropriately for the weather condition; thin layers of breathable clothing is the best thing. As you warm up, you can take layers off.

Try and avoid bringing any bags.
