We will meet outside Life Leisure in Romiley and take a gentle walk along the canal, moving slowly from this point towards Romiley.
Along the way, we will take time to care for place, noticing our surroundings, collecting any small bits of litter if we feel comfortable, and leaving the space a little kinder than we found it.
We will provide litter pickers and bags.
This session is for women only, aged 18 and over.
This is an unhurried walk with space to pause, notice, and connect with nature and each other.
Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin calmly and on time.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear for walking along the canal. Dress for the weather, as the session will go ahead unless conditions are unsafe.

Please note that the walk will not be a loop. We will be walking into Romiley, so if possible, it may be easier to arrive on foot or by public transport.
There is parking and access to toilets at Life Leisure, however permission must be requested directly from the leisure centre.
