A half day retreat to honour; You, your potential, your journey
A half day retreat focusing on restoration, renewal and deep inner-connection. A beautiful opportunity for you to expand and open to your the beauty of your potential.
You will do this through Connecting to where you are now and clearing what you no longer need to bring with you, with Breath work guided by Rachel a highly competent Breathwork practitioner and Transformational coach.
Reflection visualisation and meditation working with creativity and our deeper intuitions gaining an understanding of what you are ready to release and shift, eg those limiting beliefs with Caroline who is a Psychological Therapist, coach and Sound bath practitioner.
Integrating and embedding the goals and intentions with a wonderful Sound Bath to soothe and manifest.
You will also have a light healthy nourishing lunch, time to process and chat and take the day at a beautiful pace for you to leave clear, soothed and positive about the rest of your year.
Instruktioner
Join us with your yoga mat, blanket, pillow to be cosy and comfortable. (floating chairs can be provided on request if the floor is not for you).
Bring your journal, any crystals or symbols you like, your oracle cards and yourself.
