A day spent in the woodland with plenty of free play, activities and fun!
There will be opportunities to build dens, make mud pies, bug hunt, relax in hammocks and mindfulness in nature. There will be different adult led nature craft activities on offer throughout the day and the children will be able to access our rope swings, hammocks, ninja and straplines and other play areas with plenty of time to enjoy spending time with friends in a safe and natural space with the support of our Forest School Team.
On arrival at basecamp, we do a full site tour and share safety rules with the group and explain what the day will look like. This is usually followed by a team game/challenge such as a hide and seek game or a team building exercise.
We will break for a morning snack, lunch and have a campfire to cook an a snack in the afternoon. The children will need a packed lunch, snacks and a refillable water bottle. We are NUT FREE setting.
At the end of the session, we will gather together around basecamp and share what we have enjoyed before we get ready for home time. We meet you back at the drop off point at 3.30pm.
Please ensure your children are dressed for the Spring Season, bring a packed lunch and plenty of snacks including a water bottle.
If you are using Tax free childcare to pay for your child's place please ensure that this is processed and you email us the Reference Code for this.
We will also require a completed Registration Form. Please note that if you attended Holiday Club in February Half Term then a new form is not required unless anything needs updated.
