Just moments from the magical St Nectan’s Glen, this intimate garden gathering offers a rare chance to reconnect with the elements in a truly sacred setting. A sensory celebration of nature, movement and sound. Join Tess and I in the heart of the outdoors in Tess’ garden in Trethevy where we will honour the four elements – air, earth, fire and water. Each element represents a different energy, emotion and part of ourselves. This experience will guide you, using yoga, breathwork, a sound immersion and intention setting to connect deeply with each of the 4 elements. This one off experience invites you to reconnect with nature, your senses and your own inner rhythms. We cannot wait to welcome you to this special event with us.

Booking Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. No refunds will be provided after this time but you may transfer your place to another person, provided that you notify us no less than 48 hours before the event.
If we have to cancel due to ill health or exceptional circumstances we will transfer your place to our next event or provide you with a full refund, at your option.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket and maybe a pillow. There will be a gentle yoga flow with breathwork, please wear clothes you can move freely in and layer up as we will be outside! Your blanket and pillow will be for savasana and the sound immersion.
Sound immersion - This part of the event is not suitable for anyone in their first trimester of pregnancy, or anyone who experiences epilepsy or seizures triggered by sound. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during and after the session. Please contact me beforehand if you have tinnitus, a pace maker, metal implants from recent surgery or any other health condition that requires support.
