I LOVE jumping and dance-fitness in particular. JUMPCE is the umbrella name and the Jumpce classes themselves are jump & dance routines combined on the trampoline with fun elements added to improve cardio, core, balance, arms, every part of our body, and our classes have been running for since 2017! After several accidents with ankles and knees I am no longer able to run, so I love that I can really work up a sprint on the rebounder or take it easy, and it’s kind to ankles, hips and knees as it's low impact! I'm also a Mum of twins so I know how some of you feel about jumping if you've also had kids but honestly it's a fantastic pelvic floor strengthener!
I also teach ZUMBA (since 2011, which I LOVE!) and TOTALLY SHREDDED since the lockdowns began (a virtual HIIT class to 90's tunes which we kept virtual so it's easy to jump on at home when life is too busy to get to classes) and have been a fully qualified fitness instructor since 2011 as well holding many dance certifications. We also have Lift Lean strength and resistance classes and Fitness Pilates to improve mobility and alignment, both of which are in the Studio AND virtual or on demand so you can do any way that suits you. On Demand are the recorded classes so you can workout in your own time when you can if the Studio and Zoom classes don't suit you. We also have an AMAZING virtual monthly pass with a FULL timetable and variety of cardio, core, strength and mobility classes I teach with other instructors. It's an enormous array of classes on Zoom for you to workout at home with some on demand recordings included weekly too.
