Hi, I’m Terry. My own healing journey began a couple of years ago and now I’m a Reiki level 2 practitioner (soon to be master level 3) I have blended my own spiritual beliefs to offer a unique form of reiki healing which I call Indre Fred (inner peace).
Nordic Reiki therapy blends traditional Reiki techniques with Nordic spiritual practices, creating a unique approach to healing. I use aromatherapy, soothing nature sounds and music to relax and calm the body and mind. Indre Fred (inner peace) Reiki, integrates elements of ancient Nordic traditions, such as shamanic practices, runes, and the energy of the natural world, with the core principles of Reiki energy healing.
