Serenity in Spring Sound Bath 🌷🩷✨

Join me for a beautiful sound bath at your favourite coffee house! ☕ Enjoy the frequencies of the crystal sound bowls which aim to clear each Chakra 🧘🏼‍♀️✨

Once the sound bath has come to an end, there will be time to sit and reflect as well as enjoying a drink and piece of cake! 🍰

It could be the perfect time for you to meet like minded people or you could take your drink and cake with you to enjoy at home 🩷

Each ticket is £20, this is non refundable. Please do not book until you have read the contraindications below.

A sound bath is a relaxing and meditative experience however there are some contraindications to be aware of to ensure safety in practice.

Contraindications for the sound bath. This session is not advised for anyone with the following conditions;

• First trimester of pregnancy
• Epilepsy and/or seizers
• Heart conditions (inc. pacemakers)
• Severe mental health challenges
• Under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol

If you have any metal implants, please advise the facilitator/s before the session.
