Workshop Description:
Reconnect with nature and nurture your wellbeing in these creative, adults-only (18+) woodland sessions. Combining woodcraft with mindfulness, we’ll explore activities like whittling, simple wood carving (including spoon carving), and crafting nature-inspired decorations. These workshops are designed to improve mental health by offering a calming space to relax, focus, and connect with others. Enjoy the warmth of a fire, hot drinks, and snacks while learning new skills and creating something special to take home. No prior experience needed – just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind!
Fully funded places are available for those who truly need them (e.g., if you rely solely on income support, are on a very low income, or receive only a state pension). If you’re able to pay the full price, please do—and consider paying forward a place for someone else. Your support helps ensure these sessions can continue. Thank you!

• A minimum of 6 participants is required for the workshop to run. If fewer than 6 places are filled, the session will be postponed and rescheduled.
We are outside 100% of the time- please dress for British weather- it can be changeable!
