With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and as a mum, stepmum, and cat mum, I know how vital it is to feel confident in an emergency.

I’m passionate about making first aid simple, friendly, and fear-free – whether you’re a parent, grandparent, teacher, student or carer.
My relaxed, practical classes are available in your home, school, nursery or workplace. They are also available online and are perfect for anyone who spends time with children.
