Gentle Dance
Exploring leading dance with older adults in various settings, including Dance for Parkinson’s, seated and gentle creative dance exercise, and creative work within the community, care and residential homes.
There will be takeaway idea, and time to discuss, connect and share too. You’ll get to take away all exercises, phrases and ideas, also a Spotify playlist of all the music we use.
This session is suitable for community dance practitioners, activity leaders in care and residential settings, and students interested in the uses of dance.
