Myself & Belle @the_saltiyogi are back with an evening of yoga & Sound to help ease you into the weekend.
We invite to join us on Friday 20th Feb to recieve, stretch and gently relax into the weekend.
Together, we'll move through a yoga practice to help us release any stress or tension from the week, breathe deeply and meditate as we soften into a soothing sound journey.

Belle will guide you to move through a gentle yet rejuvenating yoga practise. Suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to seasoned yogis. She will take you on a journey to fully reset your mind, body, and soul through Hatha and Vinyasa practises. Incorporating movement, meditation, and breathwork before settling you onto your mat for shivasna as we begin our sound journey.
A Sound journey is a gentle but beautiful way to unwind at the end of the day. Laura will play various instruments creating sound with the intention and purpose of guiding the body into rest and restoration, vibrations and frequencies will support you in releasing any stress and tension as you are carried into a deep meditative and relaxed state.

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before to set up your space.
Wear loose clothing you can move freely in, bring yoga mats and blocks jf you have them, cushions and blankets for the soundbath, and whatever else you feel you need to be comfortable.
Some health conditions are contraindications for sound baths. These are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers, and metal implants. If you have any health concerns, please contact Laura on 07485095715
