Joining Details for Tuesday classes

I am looking forward to meeting you for the start of Pregnancy Fitness

Tuesday 7.00 pm

The location of the course is the Ground Floor - Coquet/Beamish rooms at Trinity Church, Gosforth.

Please enter the church halls via the cafe entrance.

Please wait outside the room as another class will be exciting at 645pm

The nearest car parking is at Sainsbury’s which is located opposite the church.
Parking can be paid by app or cash/card

Please ensure you have water and a light snack with you, and try and have something light to eat and water before the class.

Please bring:

A mat/towel for the floorwork in the class,

Please bring your water

Please wear - trainers and layers, if you have workout gear great if not leggings and tshirt.
