Soft September sound bath is a gentle, dreamy evening created as a little pause from everyday life, a space to slow down, breathe, soften and reconnect with yourself.
You'll be welcomed into a beautiful candlelit space where your cosy mat, cushions and blankets are already waiting for you. We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation before settling into a deeply relaxing sound journey with crystal singing bowls and other soothing sounds.
You don't need to meditate before. You don't need to know anyone. You don't need to know what to expect.
Coming alone? You won't be alone here. 🤍
This is a warm, welcoming space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds.
Afterwards, we'll gently come back together over herbal tea, cake and a little time for connection if you'd like.
