Please note: The Pilates class is suitable for all experience levels - modifications and adaptions will be available. This class emphasises core stability, alignment, flexibility, breath awareness and mobilisation through controlled mat-based exercises.
Arrival & What to Bring
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before the workshop and ring the bell when you get here — this gives you time to settle in and start feeling relaxed.
