Welcome to Physio Led Matwork Pilates.
Classes are taking by an APPI Certified Instructor following the APPI Pilates method.
This class is suitable for beginners. Classes are designed to improve each client's mobility and flexibility of the spine, trunk and lower limb. Our Matwork Pilates Classes will aim to promote postural awareness while strengthening and toning each area of the body.
All equipment provided for each class.
Matwork Pilates – What to Know
Please arrive 5 mins early to get settled.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
Socks or bare feet are both fine.
Feel free to Bring your own mat if you have one - we have plenty available however.
Let your instructor know about any injuries or restrictions.
All exercises can be adapted to your level – move at your own pace.
Blocks and drop-ins are non-refundable.

🕒 Cancellations:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a class. This gives us the opportunity to offer your space to someone on the waiting list.
💳 Blocks & Drop-ins:
All bookings — including blocks and single session drop-ins — are non-refundable.
If you’re unable to attend one of your block sessions, that class cannot be transferred or refunded, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you in another available class if that is possible.
